Helpdesk Overview
GHG Corporation’s Helpdesk Services have been developed to mitigate the traditional issues which commonly plague internal helpdesks. These issues result in a loss of productivity for end users and diminished credibility for the helpdesk and Information Technology (IT) department. The bottom line is a business losing time, sales, and revenue.

Our Helpdesk Services are designed and have a proven record for minimizing support costs while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Our helpdesk personnel take ownership of the problem, and coordinate efforts until the issue is resolved. Throughout the process, the end user is kept informed.
