  • Supervisor can enter schedules a year in advance
  • Holiday Schedules can be loaded for all employees
  • Employee's can view their own schedule
  • Employee's receive e-mail notification of schedule changes
  • Schedules can be printed
  • Business Rules can be enabled to check employees actual in/out time versus sch eduled in/out time, and notify the supervisor of deviations

• Automated Employee Leave Request Module

  • Employees can fill out a leave request online
  • Supervisors can respond to leave request online
  • Employees are notified via e-mail, once the status changes on a leave request
  • Approved Leave is automatically put on the employees schedule
